Terms of Service
- By visiting and using StangSource.com, you hereby acknowledge the following:
- StangSource.com shall not be used for any illegal, harmful, disrupting or inappropriate activities, including but not limited to, the following:
- Uploading, transmiting, posting, emailing or otherwise making available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, obscene, vulgar, or deemed inappropriate by StangSource.com and StangSource.com's staff.
- Uploading, transmiting, posting, emailing or otherwise making available any content or material that contains software viruses, trojans, worms, etc. or any other computer code, file or document designed to destroy, interrupt, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
- Uploading, transmiting, posting, emailing or otherwise making available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret or proprietary rights of any party.
- Uploading, transmiting, posting, emailing or otherwise making available any unsolicitated or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", "pyramid schemes" or any other form of soliciation, except in those areas (such as Classifieds forum) that are designated for such purpose.
- Impersonating any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a StangSource.com staff member, moderator, administrator, writer or official or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Intentionally or unintentionally violating any applicable local, state, national or international law.
- Harassing or stalking other users.
- Collecting and storing any personal data from other users.
- StangSource.com does not monitor content uploaded, transmitted, posted, emailed or otherwise made available by any user of StangSource.com, and therefore can not guarantee it's authenticity or accuracy.
- By uploading, transmiting, posting, emailing or otherwise making available any content through or on StangSource.com, you hereby grant StangSource.com world-wide, royalty free and non-exclusive license(s) to the content you have uploaded, transmited, posted, emailed or otherwise made available.
- You agree to indemnify and hold StangSource.com, it's subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, employees, administrators, moderators and members harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the content you upload, transmit, post, email or otherwise make available through or on StangSource.com.
- StangSource.com reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any service or service's within StangSource.com with or without notice. You agree the StangSource.com shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of StangSource.com.
- You agree that StangSource.com may, and without prior notice, immediately terminate your StangSource.com account and access to StangSource.com.
- Any correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through StangSource.com, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that StangSource.com shall not be responsible liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on StangSource.com.
- StangSource.com may provide, or third-parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because StangSource.com has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that StangSource.com is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that StangSource.com shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
- StangSource.com's "Video Section" may contain copyrighted materials. StangSource.com does not claim ownership or copyright of any of these materials unless otherwise noted. Videos in the "Video Section" can be downloaded for free and are distributed for non-commercial purposes and with intention of "Free Use". StangSource.com offers possibly copyrighted videos for comment and criticism (comment and criticism available to all members in the "Forums"), and in some instances, research. If you or any party affiliated are the copyright owner of such works and would like more information, to give permission of use, or to have the video removed from StangSource.com, please contact support@StangSource.com.
